Incredible Penthouse flat in Putney

I've managed to secure an amazing Penthouse flat in East Putney so now I'm looking for someone to live with! It's a beautiful, modern flat with two decent sized bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living area and bathroom. It has a balcony overlooking a large garden (shared with other tenants), underfloor heating and a stereo system integrated into the property. Kitchen is new and state of the art and it is all furnished to a very high standard.

The room is large, comfortably fits a king size bed and has built in storage. The whole flat is really warm and as it's a top floor flat benefits from the heat of the apartments below. It also benefits from a cracking view!

A bit about me, I'm an easygoing Irish guy who's been living in London for about 5 years now (with a spell in Melbourne for a couple of years). I work in Marketing and like to keep it reasonably low-key during the week, gym etc, but enjoy my weekends either going out with friends or watching football - which is a mild obsession! I like to cook a lot so expect to be well fed too.

Ideally I'm looking for someone I can get on well with, who wants to experience the best of living in London and who can become a mate as well as a housemate. I like to keep things pretty clean and tidy so someone who can respect the place is important, oh and someone who's happy to share the sky sports subscription!

Rent is exclusive of bills, so I'd factor in about £100 pcm extra for that. There are loads of shops and a gym about 5 mins walk away, and lots of pubs and nightlife in Putney itself (about 10 mins walk). Btw - the photos have the current tenants furniture in them. The flat will be furnished with new furnishings when they move out on the 21st, they guaranteed these will be to a standard commensurate with the rest of the finish on the flat.
