The house is located on a very quiet street in a very nice area in South West London. Very close to shops, gym, public transport, the high street and the river.

We’re looking for a male or female, 25-40 years old to move into a double room in our awesome house in East Putney, which is conveniently located 3min walk to key bus routes (37, 337, 170, 220, 270), 5min walk to East Putney (zone 2) tube station and 8min walk to Putney Rail station. Also only 8min walk to Putney High Street.

The house is made up of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite), an open planned kitchen, dining and living area. We have Internet, telephone, Sky and a fortnightly cleaner. The available double room does not have an ensuite but you'll only be sharing with one other person.

A bit about us – there’s three of us - I’m a mid-30s Australian guy who's a web developer, a mid-20s Swedish girl and a 29 year-old Architect from Germany.

We’re a cool bunch looking for someone who is like-minded - clean, considerate and doesn’t mind having a casual drink on the weekends.

Costs per month are approximately £70 which includes Sky, TV, Internet, telephone, cleaner, council tax, water, electricity and gas.

Rent per month is £692.

We're free most evenings and over the bank holiday weekend.
