We are looking for a friendly, tidy and laid back housemate to join us in our beautiful Georgian house situated in Zone 1, within walking distance of numerous tube stations (5 mins from Elephant & Castle tube, 5 mins from Lambeth North tube, 8 mins from Southwark tube, 10 mins from Waterloo tube, 15 mins from London Bridge tube).

We are three professionals (2 boys, 1 girl) – we have our own busy lives but get on very well with each other, and enjoy making dinner or having a few drinks down the local pub every now and then.

The small room comes with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers, and has an inbuilt wardrobe and shelving area.

The house has a nice shared living and dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, plus a garden.

The rent of £630 per month includes rent, council tax, electricity and gas bills; on top of that is water (around £50 pp per six months), internet (around £21 pp per quarter) and cleaning (we have a lovely cleaner who visits us fortnightly - around £9 pp per month). It works out at around £655 all inc. per month.
