A well equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances (washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave etc). Separate bath room and toilet with 24 hour hot water.

The location and transport link
- This flat locates just off old kent road (Tesco and Asda) and is well connected. 1 minute walk to the bus stop(21, 53, 63, 78, 168, 172, 453 etc). It takes less than 10 minutes to Elephant & Castle station, 20 minutes to London Bridge and 30 minutes to central London and West End by direct bus. Very close to LCC, LSBU and FTC.
