We are a gay male couple, both professionals and easy-going, and we have a bright and spacious double bedroom available in our flat from 29th June on the 4th floor of this popular modern development in Zone 1.

The double bedroom has been recently painted. It is fully furnished including a 42" HD TV; it has a double-glazing door to flat's balcony and its own electric heating.

The whole area is secured with CCTV cameras checked 24hrs by the Concierge.

Located within walking distance from Elephant & Castle underground and British rail station, as well as Kennington underground station. Bus stops on Walworth Road provide excellent access to all areas of London within minutes.

Ideally we are looking for an easy-going full-time professional for 7 days per week. Mon to Friday let could also be considered and rent would be discussed in person.
