5mins walk from Mottigham Station, 10mins walk from Eltham High Street. Postcode is se95pa.
22mins to London bridge on the train, 23mins to Waterloo east. Direct links to Charing cross/ Cannon Street/ Lewisham.
The double room is approx 5x5.5m, fitted with a double bed (queen size), a wardrobe and a chest of drawer.
The flat is located in a quiet estate in a very green neighborhood, right next to Blackheath golf club and Eltham Bird Sanctuary.
The flat is fitted with a large living room with TV, broadband, landline, printer/scanner, dining table, reception room, a fully furnished kitchen with 2 fridges, washing machine storage, and one bathroom.
There is also a pawn room where you can put your bicycle.
It is very spacious and neat.
