Location: London Euston – Zone 1. 2 mins walk to Euston tube station, 5 mins walk to Kings Cross tube station, 15 mins walk to Holborn and Camden, 25 mins walk to Oxford Street. The area is really well connected to buses and night buses. Gated flat area, very secure and safe.
Flatmates: The flat will be shared with two young females (non-students). This is my third year in the flat, and my house mate's fourth year. The flat is non-smoking, relaxed and clean. We are looking for a tidy and friendly female aged 20 - 40.
The agency and landlord are very hands off, so you are free to invite friends over and use your room, and the flat, as you please (within reason, of course :)).
The room: Bright, single bed, nice desk with desk chair, leather single sofa chair, big mirror, shelving unit with 6 drawers, additional large shelving unit, shelf, plenty of storage space. Big window facing eastwards towards communal courtyard.
Flat: Clean, tidy, communal toilet, kitchen and bathroom. No living room.
Bills are not included, but are relatively low in price. Council tax is payable, so non-students are preferable (unless you are a student and willing to pay your share of the council tax). Wireless broadband in the flat.

Viewings can take place at weekends or weekday evenings. First person to pay myself or my lovely flatmate a deposit (1 months rent) can secure the room. Alternatively, you can pay the deposit direct to the agency, who are located just down the road.
