Lovely double room becomes available in my two bedroom flat, and I need someone who is clean and tidy to take over.

I am located in leafy Finchley close to all amenities - bars, cafes, supermarkets, banks - and the new no contract PureGym is across the road. For lovers of open spaces there is the picturesque Avenue House and Victoria Park; and Hampstead Heath is also a nice walk from here.
Basing Way has lots of open green spaces too - find your corner and retreat.

Good links to central London - Finchley Central tube and buses 82,143,460 (also 125, 382,326,232). East Finchley tube is a longer walk or take 143 bus - other buses available there 263, 34, 102.

Rent is inclusive of water(metered),gas, electric and wifi, council tax.
