Room in Finchley Central, quiet flat with garden

Hello house hunter

I'm looking for one lucky person to take a good sized bedroom in Finchley Central for a short term let. All yours, with a double bed, for £505 pcm plus bills of approx. £80 pcm. After four very happy years living together, my flatmate is moving out on 4th September, so I'd like to find someone to move in as soon as possible after that date. I myself will be moving out in December, so I'm looking for someone to fill the room for these 3-4 months. At this point the landlord will put the flat up for a new lease of a minimum of one year.

The room is in a ground floor 2 bedroom flat in a leafy, quiet area. The living room looks out onto a sunny South facing garden, beyond which there is a large plot of allotments. It's lovely to sit inside with the doors open onto the garden. It's about a 10 minute walk from Finchley Central tube (Northern Line).

We would only be living together for three and a half months, but still, it would be great to get to know someone even in this short time. I'm pretty easy to get along with, and as a flatmate I think I'm quiet and relaxed. I work as a scientist and I have many interests and hobbies including art, music, writing, and swimming.
