Hello there!
My flatmate is leaving the flat, so his room has become available!
The location is incredible, right between Finsbury Park station and Crouch Hill Overground. Easy access to both the Victoria and Picadilly lines, and also plenty of buses and National Rail.
The room is a double, and as you can see in the pictures, comes furnished. There is a shared living room and kitchen, and one bathroom.
You'll be sharing with me, a 32 year old working in film and TV, lover of movies, food, traveling, exploring London and the usual stuff.
The room is available from 1st of November. Bills are around £120 a month, including council tax, water & gas, electricity and broadband. There's a £30 fee to change names in the contract but that's about it!
Hopefully you'll be a clean, quiet, respectful individual, who likes to share every now and then. Any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
