Spacious furnished double room in good sized flat available in Finsbury Park. (Bed, wardrobe, large draws and a couple extra bits of storage/shelves). Large window, garden view.

The Flat: Good sized, airy, and located in a small purpose built block, with a small communal garden and covered bike rack out the back.

Rent includes all bills (incl. broadband) as well as a cleaner. Room available from 1st April. Monday to Friday (message me for M-F rent costs) and short term lets considered.

The area: Less than 10 minutes walk to Arsenal and Finsbury Park tubes (and rail links). Stoke Newington restaurants about the same distance and Upper St/Angel 5-10 mins on the bus. Camden and Dalston both also a short bus ride away. Two large parks nearby.

About me: Aussie professional with a job that keeps me pretty busy M-F. Bit of a gymrat with a fairly healthy/active lifestyle (during the week at least), which I try to balance out on the weekends. Occasional Netflix binge notwithstanding, I tend to be in and out most weekends (in various states of sobriety), and am pretty laid back.

The flat comes with: A fairly social cat who will occasionally glare at you with quiet disdain.

I'm looking for someone friendly and relaxed who doesn't mind socializing over a drink or catching up over the odd meal.
