The price is inclusive of all bills and 4 weeks deposit is required in advance.

This is a clean and pleasant home and the new housemate should be the same. This is the largest room in the house and has just become available due to our long term housemate having relocated with his family. There is a professional cleaner to ensure the house is cleaned at the best standards. We are looking for somebody medium/long term who will treat the house as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have, rather than somebody looking for a short term hotel!
