Sunny double room available in comfy home

The available room has a double bed with plenty of storage is south facing windows and cosy available at £650 inclusive of council tax, water and wifi, gas and electric.

You will be sharing the house with one other female. Currently I don’t live in the house but I have a studio basement in the house which I will swing by time to time to work from. The plants will be staying as they are happy there and I will return weekly to water them! You don't have to do that!

The house is within 5 minutes walk to the station, approx 15 minutes to Liverpool Street station, approx 10 minutes walk towards Stratford Westfield Shopping Mall. The cross rail is under construction which will bring you to Bond Street in 20 minutes, so it claims! Once it is completed!

I am looking for someone that is friendly and tidy, who is looking for a home as it is my home too even if I will not be living in it for a while. Someone that is easy going, the ability to communicate at ease and hopefully not too much of a party animal in the house.
The street is fairly quiet and tolerant of noise, I rather not upset the neighbours if possible, although they seem to have more parties recently!!
