Stratford is fast becoming the hub of East London. Its key advantage is its transport connections. Thanks to the Jubilee, Central, DLR and overground lines, Stratford is directly connected to almost every part of London. Stratford is being transformed due to a massive inflow of investment. The new Westfield Centre is a state-of-the art shopping and leisure complex. And of course, Stratford is the site of the 2012 Olympics.

Reginald Road is in the exclusive Ham Park area. With its quiet residential streets, gardens, sports facilities and proximity to the park itself, it is generally agreed to be the best part of Stratford.

The house itself is a traditional Victorian terrace. We have restored its period features including plaster cornices, stripped pine floorboards, solid oak doors and new door furniture. We have installed a new kitchen with modern appliances and a new bathroom, designed by CP Hart bathroom (with walk-in shower and Duravit ceramics). There is a cellar and a loft providing ample additional storage.

Each bedroom is large with a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside chest, jumper chest and desk. They also has socket points for TV, Sky, broadband and phone, as does the lounge area, and each bedroom has at least three double powerpoints.

The rental price includes the cost of utility and all other bills. We will on your behalf pay directly the bills for council tax, gas, electricity, water rates, phone line rental, TV licence and internet broadband. (The approximate cost for all this is £65 per month and forms an inclusive payment along with your rent. So your true rent alone is the all inclusive price above less £65). There are then no extra costs or additional charges.

Note we are not an agency - we are a private landlord. We manage our properties directly to the highest standards. We think when you rent a property, the service for maintenance and support is just as important as the house itself.
