We are renting this very nice En-suite room in lovely, clean and tidy house with living room and Garden located in Catford/Forest hill.
Bus 171 is just down the road.

The room is newly decorated, bright, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, bedside table and wardrobe.
(Bedding are also provided)

The house has a CLEAN and TIDY furnished kitchen with all equipment’s you need (microwave, Oven, Electric Cooker, Fridge, Washing Machine, Etc.).

There is a very nice living room and garden. (see pictures)

INTERNET wireless and CLEANING on weekly basis are included in the bills.

The rent is £110 weekly and £17 of bills weekly.
For Couple an Extra £50 per month is required for the extra bills
One Month In Advance Is Required.
