Professional engineer, 40, work overseas. I’m home every 2-3 months for a few days at a time.

Lodger extraordinaire! All the usual.. responsible, trustworthy professional, clean, tidy, happy to socialise etc. Sorry but no pets, couples or children considered. Would possibly suit a city professional, IT contract worker etc. The room is also offered on a Monday to Friday pro rata basis if that suits better.

Your new flatmate..
You’ll be living with the lovely Emily (31) who works in contractor management. She’s friendly, easygoing, tidy and respectful.. everything you should be! She’ll be conducting second interviews and viewings.

- Overground service to Canada Water, Shoreditch etc
- 5 min walk to Sainsbury's
- Free on-street car parking
- Broadband Wifi
- Bills are charged at £100pcm (ie. £900pcm all in)

The room is large and bright, complete with good quality king size bed. The room is offered part furnished. It’s a spacious flat (1000sqft) with high ceilings and full of period character. The newly refurbished kitchen has all mod cons.. dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc. Separate living room and large shared garden.
