Transport & Amenities:
The area is furnished by different modes of transport. I work in Kings Cross and it takes me 45 minutes to get to work by bus and an hour to come home by bus-43. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and is serviced by the following buses:-
134-Runs through to Warren Street and is also a night bus. (Via Highgate Station for Tube Taker)
43-Runs through Moorgate into London Bridge((Also Via Highgate Station for Tube Taker
234-Runs through to Highgate
232-Runs through to Brent Cross and St Raphael

The 134 and 43 go via Highgate station and is about a 10 minute ride. If you like taking the tube, the closest station within walking distance is bounds green and takes 20 minutes to get to. This is on the Piccadilly line whilst Highgate Station is on the Northern Line.

There is a massive Tesco Express within 5 minute walking distance. Muswell hill is 10 minutes away and has different shops and supermarkets such as Sainsbury, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer. North Finchley is also 10 minutes away and has Lidl. Within five minutes walk is Friern Barnet, the area has a few shops and a small co-op supermarket.

About Me & You:
I work full time in Kings Cross area of London. I am quite easy going and would like someone with similar temperament and similar work/uni/college patterns. I would like someone who does not expect me to do a cleaning rota, someone who takes own initiative to see that something needs cleaning/doing. It is a two bedroom flat and easily maintained, I am not OCD or anything but simple hygiene steps such as cleaning bathroom after you shower are essential. Or hob after your cook... In other words...leave it as you would like to find it!

Don't mind doing the odd together-where it works, equally do not have to do things together...easy going and adapt well! Let nature take its course if we get on and become the best of friends great, however being civil, respectful and amicable towards each other is always nice as home is your sanctuary!

I am very much a work, run, CrossFit, swimming travel type of person.

PREFERENCE: Someone in Full time Employment or Full Time Education. If you work from home more than 2 days a week there will be an increase of the monthly rental charge by £150 PCM…Utilities are high these days.

Green Spaces:
The estate has a little park and within ten minutes walk is friary Park, which is furnished with tennis court, basketball court and lovely jogging and walking trails. For the more adventurous Hampstead heath is a bus ride from Muswell Hill.

Gyms and Cinemas:
North Finchley has a large Vue Cinema and is about 15 minutes away, there is also a bowling alley and few restaurants. Muswell Hill Broadway also has an Everyman Cinema. Not too far is Wood green which has various Cinemas in the shopping centre. Virgin Active is located in Princess Manor Park; this is 10 minutes from flat. There is also a David Lloyd in North Finchley and Lab Spa in Muswell Hill.
