Looking for a British female flatmate around late 20's/early 30's to live with 1 girl and 1 boy in a lovely flat in a residential area in Fulham. It is about a 10 min walk to Hammersmith tube - Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City Lines. Bus stop at the end of the road. We are close to the river, have a local shop and pub and are close to other amenities.
It is a good sized double room with a double bed, bedside table, desk and 2 double fitted wardrobes. The flat has a living room/kitchen and shower room. We have sky+, internet access, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
We are looking for a non-smoker, clean and tidy flatmate. No couples.
The room is available from around the 1st July and the price includes all bills.
