We have a large comfortable double room with plenty of light and a view of the garden in our lovely Fulham flatshare as our existing flatmate is moving in with his partner. The room is situated at the back of the house and off the main road.

The flat:
Split across 3 floors with a large living room/kitchen, spacious hallways, and access to a garden. All mod-cons included: dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer etc.

The location:
20 seconds from a Tesco Express, 10 minutes from both Putney Bridge and Hammersmith tube stations, and Bishops Park and the riverside are just round the corner.

Us and you:
We are two young professionals. It would be great to find someone who can join our friendly house who appreciates relaxing in the evenings/weekends, occasionally having friends over for dinner, is easy going and is respectful of the 9 to 5 work life :)

Important bits:
Rent is £700pcm excl bills. Deposit is £965 held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Fixed bills come to approximately £30 a week (including cleaner, broadband, council tax, phone line, gas, electric, water etc). The landlord is very nice and requires references.
