Comfortable double bedroom in Fulham Broadway

The room offered is a comfortable double room with a sizeable closet. Since the other room has an ensuite bathroom, you will basically have the hallway bathroom to yourself.

The existing flatmates are two girls who are both professionals: one is an interior architect while the other is a chef. One is from Taiwan, while the other British Chinese. We all speak fluent English and Mandarin. I will be moving to San Francisco, so I'm helping them search for a new flatmate. We're all foodies who love to try different restaurants/cafes and visit different exhibitions! We're friendly people who are looking for a friendly female professional that is tidy and clean.

Our flat is part of a residential complex with 2 security gate entries. Our shared living area is open space and receives lots of natural sunlight. We also have our own laundry machine which is very handy. We have a lovely communal garden which is handy for a lie in the sun. The residential complex is located between two stations: Imperial Wharf and Fulham Broadway. Imperial Wharf station is less than a 5 minute walk while Fulham Broadway station is a 10 minute walk.

The Fulham Broadway area has all the amenities you need including large Waitrose and a Whole Foods Market which we all love! Parsons Green is also a 10-15 minute walk with lots of shops and cafes. The Kings Road area where the Saatchi Gallery is located is a short bus ride away on Bus 22 or 11. Imperial Wharf also has a local Tesco which is extremely convenient.

As I will be removing my name on the tenancy contract, the new tenant's name will need to be added into the contract. This will be subject to an approved reference check by the estate agency.
