Lovely double room- 4 bed house in heart of Fulham

Hello!

We're looking for a 4th housemate to complete our lovely home in Fulham as of 1st December 2014.

I've lived here for 7 happy months, but my current housemates are now all sadly departing ways (moving in with boyfriends/buying houses etc!), so myself and 2 of my other good friends have decided to try to fill the final room and keep the house- which is just too good to lose!

The house is a well-proportioned 4 bed in the heart of Fulham- (8 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway station, 7 minutes walk to Parson's Green station)- so super close to a good number of shops, and of course pubs!

It's a lovely, bright and airy place with a good sized sittingroom, a seriously decent sized bathroom on the 1st floor (which is only shared by 3 housemates as the attic room has an en suite). And it's probably also worth mentioning the bathroom has a free-standing shower, as well as a bath tub, massive mirror, great lighting and no damp which is always a good thing! The kitchen is located to the back of the house, has all the mod-cons, is big enough for hosting dinner parties and has a door leading to the back yard which is perfect for summer BBQs!

The house in general is pretty high-spec so you don't ever have to worry about things being mouldy/drafty/falling to bits which we all know can be the last thing you need when you're working the usual long hours in London!

We deal with the agents who are a friendly, small local firm so no problems there- it's aways easy to contact them and the relationship is all pretty easy going.

Bills tend to be pretty standard at £100 per month but this currently includes sky TV and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks which is all negotiable, depending on what we all decide).

The room itself is a sizeable double, with lots of floor space going spare! it's a beautiful attic room with velux windows, its own en suite and obviously comes furnished with a big double bed, substantial wardrobe and a chest of drawers etc- but you could definitely bring other bits and pieces if you wanted as it's definitely not lacking space.

We are 3 professional girls between the ages of 24 and 26, who enjoy going out and having fun/hosting dinner parties but also having a nice comfy home to come back to, so if any of the above sounds appealing, please get in touch and we can arrange a time for you to come and have a look!
