Fully furnished double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom. The room is quiet as it is in a private Mews, off the street. The house itself is modern and the rooms are spread out over 3 floors. The Kitchen and the separate laundry room are on the first floor. The kitchen has glass doors that lead onto our patio. The second floor has a large living room with Sky+. The room is on the third floor.

The house itself is situated in a safe area in an enclosed courtyard. We are about 10 minute walk from Fulham Broadway and West Brompton, and about 15 min from Earls Court Underground. We have a lovely daily market on the street outside for fresh vegetables and food.

Sky+, broadband and all bills included. We split the cost for a cleaner to come in weekly separately, so add £60 per month.

We’re an international household of friendly working professionals - working in consulting, accounting and tech, ages 28 to 34. Even though we are four people in the house it's easy to keep your private space as we all are busy and tend to use the house for relaxing inbetween - no crazy houseparties or loud music although we are all friends and like to sometimes entertain together, have friends over and share a glass of red between the housemates.
