Cosy single room available for short let in Fulham
Hi,
I'm leaving London for Christmas holidays and I'd like to sublet my lovely and cosy room to a single person from 25th December to 4th January.
The flat is on 2 floors. It was newly furbished few months ago and has new laminated floor.
The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and a bedside lamp.
The flat has an equipped and big kitchen with dining area living room area with TV.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet with shower.
The area is quiet, but at walking distance to lively Fulham Broadway with pubs and restaurants.
3 minutes walk from Sainsbury, Waitrose, Mark's and Spencer, Wholefoods, Wilco, Iceland, Poundland etc...
Location is great for buses and tube, it is also 15 minutes away from overground (West Brompton).
I'd like to let my room to a sensible person, able to respect other flatmates (All of them really nice people).
The price per week is £170 and I would let it at £265 for 11 days.
It is a bargain if you need a room for short stay or you are planning to spend new year's eve in London.
I am looking for a tidy person, who is respectuful towards other flatmates.
