Great location, good value!

In a great location this house is an easy 5 min walk from all the shops, train station and supermarkets you need in Fulham. There are plenty of cinemas, gyms and great restaurants around the corner, particularly with the Kings Road and Putney near by. It's really hard to leave to go back home to Australia!

Transport wise there is easy access to the District and Piccadilly line, the 211 and 295 bus's inc the night bus. The Overground and Earls Court are a 15 min walk away too.

We are a mixed group from Australia, NZ, UK and from Hong Kong. We are all young professionals who live our own lives but enjoy hanging out on the couch too.

It's a split level house with a shared kitchen/TV area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a patio. The bedroom is downstairs but still has plenty of light. It's fully furnished with some extras ie TV and desk that could be included for a few £££ extra. You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other person.

We have all the mod cons included tv, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer etc. The rent £775 with the rent component being £708, the balance includes all bills, Sky and the fortnightly cleaner.

The room is available from the 1st April with rent due on the 5th, arrangements could be made if needed earlier.
