I have a 1 double room available in a renovated 4-bed flat. One of the rooms is en-suite so you will share the bathroom only with 2 others. It is a non smoking flat.

The room is a good size with wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. Room is £150 per week.

The flat has just been completely redecorated and everything is tidy and clean. There is an open plan kitchen & loungeroom, with widescreen TV, leather sofas, balcony etc. All mod cons are there, including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Rent does not include bills which comes to around £50 a month.
