Very spacious 3 bed house spread over 2 floors with HUGE south-facing terrace which will be great in summer time for BBQ's and lounging around.

What you get
• 2 male flatmates (Finland and New Zealand). Both mid to late 30's. Both very laid back - both working in I. T. And telecom.
• Very generously en suite sized room.
• Very near tube in vibrant Fulham



What we want
• Someone in the 25-45 age bracket. Males or females welcome.


It is a very laid back house. We also have a weekly cleaner.

We would really be looking for someone who is sociable & chilled out. Someone who likes to go out for a few beers, would like to partake in BBQs in summer time (given the great terrace)

So not really looking for someone who will hideout in their room.

Street parking available at a small annual cost to council
