Hi,
A room is up for grabs in our flat from the 1st week of March(6th of March to be precise!). We are looking for a young professional who is fun loving and will take care of the flat as much as we do. Its an amazing flat with really nice flatmates, a nice place to come back to after a hard day at work!
Flat:
The flat is well equipped with all modern appliances and amenities such as; gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large flat screen TV + Sky.
It has an open plan kitchen, lounge and balcony that you share with 3 others.
Room:
Cozy room with double bed, wardrobe with full length mirror and chest of drawers. Since it isn't an ensuite, you share the bathroom with 2 others, a boy and girl
Location/Transport:
Situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood but still remarkably close to all amenities such as; Waitrose, Wholefoods, large Sainsburys, Vue cinema and large gym all less than 10 minutes walk away.
Flat is located 5 mins away from both Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway Tube Stations. If you prefer the bus, there are several bus services that take you to Central London in around 30mins.
Bills:
All bills come to a total of approx. £60 per month. There are no agency charges or viewing fees.
