It’s a large 4 bedroom house, with a big double lounge / dining room with a great open plan kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave and all the stuff you would expect to find in the kitchen. The house has a downstairs loo and also a garden.

The first floor has a large bathroom with utilities (including a washing machine and tumble dryer) and 2 bedrooms.

Then on the third floor there is an additional 2 bedrooms. 1 of which is the available bedroom currently up for rent (picture provided).

The house is in a residential street about 2 min walk from Gipsy hill train station and about 10 mins from Crystal Palace.

Gipsy Hill / Crystal Palace is a great place to live with some great drinking / food places such as the Paxton, Beer Rebellion and the Crystal Palace Market.

All bills are included, this includes everything like council tax, broadband and a cleaner every week.

We have all been friends as well as housemates for a few years now and often cook, watch movies and go out to the pub together.
This house is perfect for friendly, tidy and laid back people. Unfortunately our other house mate is moving in with her boyfriend so we now have a spare room.

Standard 1 month deposit and 1 months rent upfront on the day you move in. Subsequent payments to be done via direct debit.
