We're looking for a quiet, responsible and considerate female (s).

Bright furnished spacious single and double bedroom available for a long term let (minimum of 9 months) (single £450 and double £590).

Two bedrooms and the kitchen are located on the top (2nd) floor of our family home and the shower room is on the ground floor (which is for your sole use; rarely used by family). All rooms are clean, bright and fully equipped.

Access is through the landlady's family home. The house agreement includes: utilising the central alarm system, limited over night guests to family and female friends only; removing outdoor shoes upon entry to the house. Responsibilities include: keeping your areas clean and managing the bin / recycling rota.

Rent includes most bills e. g. broadband, overhead lights and central heating but there is an electricity meter for power sockets, TV and oven etc [in the kitchen and] bedrooms. These additional costs average [£10.00 for kitchen and] £2.00 for bedroom per month per person but, this does totally depend upon your own usage and is payable along with the monthly rent.

The deposit and notice period is one months rent in advance and the deposit is not to be used as rent but, is returnable upon check out on day of departure or within 14 days.

Golders Green is a great safe area to live in and there are lots of parks nearby. There is covered cycle storage in the garden shed too. The underground / bus station (zone 3 / northern line) is 2 minutes from the front door and located 15 mins from Central London. Sainsburys supermarket and the high street with all other amenities is 1 minute away.
