The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster), and there is a washing machine and a dryer.
Each roommate signs his own contract.

The biggest. It has a double bed, a desk, a cupboard, a sofa and a coffee table.
The rent is £600 every month.

Room 2:
It has a double bed, a cupboard and a desk. The room is very bright (three windows).
The rent is £585 every month.

Room 3:
It has a double bed, a cupboard, a desk and a sofa.
The rent is £585 every month.

Room 4:
It has a double bed, a cupboard and a desk.
The rent is £535 every month.
