Room available in garden flat

I am moving out of my room in this flat in Golders Green after a happy 6 month stay to go abroad. The house is at the end of the Golders Green high street, a minutes walk from the shops and restaurants, and 5 mins from the tube station. The room is quite small but comfortable and all the furniture in the photos will stay.

The other tenants have mixed occupations - a teacher, accountant and quantity surveyor, and are fairly social in the evenings! The house has a spacious kitchen/living space, two bathrooms, and a small back yard, with room for bikes and barbecuing.

Bills are not included but are max £80 per month. This property is rented through an estate agent so there is a (negotiable!) estate agent fee of £140 for the processing of references (one character ref and one from your employer).
