Double room available in 4 bed friendly flat share

We (Myself and two awesome ladies) met on spareroom a few weeks ago and did a buddy up, however one had to drop out, so we are looking for another forth nice lady to join us!

The flat has 4 bedrooms and one large bathroom, a kitchen and living room. It is in a beautiful mansion block right next to Hampstead Heath (it is literally across the road!). The room available is a double. It is a great size and has loads of storage space, comes with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. There is maintenance being done on the property so it will be in amazing condition when we all move in (new oven, new washing machine, new carpet, painted walls, new windows, new table and chairs...).
In the photos, the work has not yet been done so excuse the living room state (the last house mates were grubby, and we are going to decorate it really nicely...). There is parking across the street. The flat is an 8 minute walk from Golders Green station - and its a very pretty walk through nice streets with massive houses to dream on!

Living there is Martha, aged 22, a personal trainer.
Stav, aged 23, working in an embassy and studying fashion.
Amy, aged 23, working in social media for a jewellery company.
We are all very chilled out and friendly, we want this flat to have a comfortable environment where we can all hang out, but also have our own privacy. We all take cleaning seriously and want to keep the place looking nice.
To join us, we are looking for a professional female aged 22-25, English speaking (and any other languages welcome too!), clean, friendly, positive, and fun.
