The Room:
Large Double room, biggest in the house
It has three windows 2 small and one big, all double glazed which means it can keep the warmth in in the winter.
There's also a massive radiator under the big window which is all the heat you'll ever need and more!
The room comes with a bed &frame/backboard, fitted wardrobe, a dresser and two night stands with drawers. Leaving loads of space for a desk, table, or even couch/loveseat. Also all the wiring is set up to have digital cable so if you have a TV it's literally plug and play! And there's plenty of sockets/ outlets.

The Flat:
The house is also quite spacious with a fully applianced kitchen.
A large living room furnished with two sofabeds, a tea table, a 6 seater dining table that folds down to 4 (if preferred), small TV and a cabinet for all your traditional dining accoutrements such as glasses, linens, plates, cutlery, etc.
The building association is also great at keeping the common areas, clean and groomed and there's a pretty court yard with ample greenery and flowers that we get a view of from the living room and bedroom. There's also a back entrance to the house which opens up to a shared green space where we often roll out the BBQ for a good old grill up.

The Area:
1 min walk from Golders Green high street and local buses connecting you to central london and Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
5 min walk from Golders Green Tube station
Loads of great local Restos of all types of cuisine: Sushi, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Italian, Authentic Pizzeria, Turkish, Kosher, Coffee shops, KFC, subway, and loads, loads more.
LA Fitness Gym is 2mins away from the house.
Tesco is next to the gym. There's also a sainsburys local on the way home from the tube, and a big sainsburys next to the tube station.

The Flatmates / House dynamic:
The current flatmates consist of a lovely couple Ricky and Agi, from England and Hungary respectively, my room which you will be taking and a third room in which another new lovely flatmate Giulia from Italy has moved in.
Currently the flat is quite quiet during the week as everybody has Monday through Friday jobs that start early AM so everyone is usually off to bed at a decent hour. On the weekends we do enjoy a drink together every now n then and its fun around the house. We're all very good at respecting each other's things and space and it is very important to keep common areas clean and clutter free.

Rent: £650 PCM
Council Tax: £57PCM
Internet (Sky 50mbps): £28/4= £7 each PCM
Water Bill: £28/4 people = £7 each PCM
Gas/Electricity: Average £60 PCM/4 people = £15 each PCM
Total Budget with bills: £736

The contract is signed directly with our lovely landlady who lives nearby and is always there to help with any issues. This of course avoids those pesky agency fees and also means that anything pressing gets taken care of promptly.
