Comfy flat with parking, terrace and magic cat!

17 mins to central London, night bus stops outside door, celebrities live up the road, the air is fresh, what more would you want?!

Hello prospective flatmate! My name is Mags and I have been living in this gorgeous flat for almost 10 years. I am 36yrs old and fairly mature but also pretty silly and easygoing. I am looking for a kind, considerate, self-aware person to move into the second bedroom and share the bills. You will have to be a big cat lover as I live with a beautiful little black cat called Angelo (I like to pretend he is Italian) and he is very important to me. He has a litter tray etc so you would need to be totally cool with this and happy to help out with it if I'm not around. He is a proper cat (so a little nuts) and very very playful and affectionate.

The flat has got wooden floors, is fully furnished with a shared bathroom/kitchen-cum-diner/liv ing room/large balcony overlooking gardens. I've also just put a brand new orthopedic bed in the room which is exciting. The area itself has the lowest crime rate in the city. There is a Sainsburys down the road in Golders Green as well as coffee shops and restaurants etc and the closest restaurants are: 'The Old Bull and Bush' posh family pub or a great new cheap n wonderful Turkish place.... What else? Oh yes, the park has a mini zoo (with lemurs and owls!), tennis courts and a cafe, Hampstead Heath is about 12 mins walk away and in my opinion that is the absolute best thing about living here. I work in television and either go out loads or not at all - depending on weather/humour/how much I miss Angelo lol. I am extremely independent and definitely am not looking for a best friend to share cooking/inner-most secrets with. I am looking for someone similar who is happy to do their own thing with friendly chat along the way and share a bottle (or 3) of wine when the mood takes us.
