Room with private balcony for rent near NW3/ 11

A room has become available in our shared home in leafy Park Avenue, beside Golder's Hill Park. The room is a small first floor double with its own large balcony. The house has private resident's access to the park, a newly planted garden with an apple tree, deck chairs, barbecue grill, which are especially lovely in warmer weather and two cats, Tenzing and Zezi. Currently living here are young professionals in the education, television, journalism, music theatre and graphic design fields. Two of the members are a couple and one is the live-in landlord.
There is a double shared reception room on the ground floor, large flat screen with Sky TV and internet. New Virgin Media wifi has been installed upstairs. New washer/dryer and large utility room, kitchen and dining nook. We are a friendly and fairly social house who sometimes prepare meals, have gatherings and watch films together.
