Sunny room to rent near Hampstead Heath

Hello!

I'm looking for another lodger to live with me and a friend of mine in my Gospel Oak flat. It's a maisonette, with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms (2 singles 1 double), a toilet and a bathroom upstairs.

Hampstead Heath is right next to us if you enjoy running/ escaping somewhere green. Kentish Town is 15 minutes walk away, and there are a few local shops. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Camden High Street.

Transport-wise, there's the overground 2 minutes' walk away, the northern line from Kentish Town, and a number of buses (214, C2, 24, 46, 168 etc). We're in zone 2.

We're both relaxed sociable people. Main interests for me are news, books, HBO and going out. My flatmate Helen is very musical, you'll occasionally hear her practicing her violin.

It's a small single bedroom, so if you're a very tall boy or your other half will be coming to stay often, it might not be quite right for you. The room also has a desk, a chair, shelves and a wardrobe.

Bills are just under £70pm, including council tax. I send out a monthly email with the breakdown.
