Double Room in Kentish Town - Short Term

I am renting out a double bed room to rent in my home in Kentish Town. This is a short term rent for up to 2 months only.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. Size is 2m x 3. 8m (including wardrobe area). Given this is a short term lease, the room would suit an intern or a professional with a short term assignment in London.

The rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner. Fast wifi is available as well.

The house gets plenty of sunlight and has a large (recently modernised) kitchen and lounge to relax in. Fully equipped with all appliances and electronic gizmos. The house is well kept and has recently been redecorated.

I am a young professional working in commercial real estate and my other flatmate is a lawyer. We are both incredibly chilled out and both enjoy music, film and catching up over a beer. The 24 bus stops at the front door and tube/overground connections are 5-10 mins walk away.
