A cozy single room is available from 15/12 December THIS month. The room has a desk, a wardrobe, chair and is suited for a single person.
The 2 floors, english style house is near Hampsted Heath and Kentish Town, shops are 5 min by walking and the overground is 2 min by walking. Bus as well are available to go to Camden Town in 15 min.
The house is in two floor have an habitable kitchen with table, microwave, oven, two fridge and laundry machine.
In the house there are 2 girls and three boys, each with a single room. There is one bathroom, but two shower, so no worries for the morning.
All bill included: Council Tax, Electricity, water and Internet.
All respectful and social people.
To stop the room you need a month deposit, then when you move in you have to pay one week agency fee and one week in advance
