We are looking for a new flatmate for 6-12 months in our 3 bed maisonette with a garden.
We are within 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town/ Gospel Oak and have 24 hour buses on the doorstep to Angel, Old Street and Oxford Circus (214, c2). Pretty ideal really.
We are 5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath where you can run, play tennis, outdoor swim, go on long walks.
Although we like living in a shared house, we live independent lives and don't plan to socialise together (no flat dinners, or going out together). So if you are looking for a friendly roof over your head/haven of calm, this could be the place for you.
Rent is £650 all included (rent, bills, cleaner) and move-in date is ASAP.
