Walking distance to Hampstead Heath village, the lido (5 minutes), pubs such as The Stag and Gospel Oak Overground (2 minutes walking) to all major overground and underground connections and Bus 24, 214, C4 all to Kentish Town, Camden, Highgate Village and Soho for shopping and groceries etc. and connections to Shoreditch and Stratford. Google it and find out NW5 4AL. It's a 20 min walk to Camden and what you are essentially pay half or more of your rent to the privilege of living 30 min bus ride/tube to Oxford Street.

The flat is owned by Smartroom, No fees, once months rent and deposit. Some furniture can be removed, I've been told by other tenants. 6 month min.
