Single Room In Lovely Flat By Hampstead Heath

Hi, have a small, but not too small single room available in the Gospel Oak/Kentish Town area.

I'm a television writer living on the 4th floor of a block of flats in Lissenden Gardens, one of the loveliest, greenest streets in London, which opens onto the even lovelier, even greener Heath. It's an increasingly lovely area - with some fab pubs and cafes shooting up seemingly on a daily basis. Gospel Oak station is 3 minutes walk, Kentish Town and Tufnel Park, between 5 and 10 mins walk.

The room itself is fairly simple - at the moment there's a bit of clutter in there, which could be moved out easily for whatever you need. But you'd have a comfy bed with proper mattress, a desk, a chair, and a fair bit of space for your stuff without feeling squashed at all.

I have a small, very cute dog called Maura, who occasionally barks - she is non-shedding so allergies aren't an issue. It's a nice place - a new bathroom has just been put in, there's a decent kitchen, a balcony for sitting on, and a big old living room with a massive telly and sound system.

Though I sort of live alone, my girlfriend is increasingly here, and I often have friends round. I work from home in the week, and prefer peace and quiet while I do so, so someone with a 9-5 job would be preferable. I'm relaxed about most things really, but she less so, as she works mornings, so I think probably no noise late in the night in the week.
