Huge furnished double next to Hampstead Heath!

Hi prospective flatmates!

We have a beautiful double room available from around 6th June (date flexible) looking for another girl to complete our crew as one of us is moving out. The contract is renewed in September so we're looking for someone to stay for at least 3 months, and potentially take on the room for the next year as well if they're looking for a longer let! Students and professionals welcome.

The room has a double bed, sofa, desk, and lots of storage space and natural light. The flat has a large kitchen with a table and sofa, and 2 bathrooms (shared between 4) - the kitchen also features washing machine, dishwasher, and a very large fridge-freezer. Heating is included in the rent and other bills amout to about 25 pounds per month. We're only a few minutes walk from Hampstead Heath and are occasional dog-sitters, so you'll likely have the chance to walk some pups on the heath!

Travel into central London, especially Euston/King's Cross area, is really easy, with regular buses from just outside the building and the Northern Line and Overground both less than 10 minutes walk away.

We're all currently students but two of us will be working come September. We like to go out together and hang out in the flat, though we have our own separate social lives as well.

We're looking for someone friendly, easygoing, and respectful, who'll do their bit around the house and will be keen to get to know us and be part of the group! If you fit this description please get in touch and we'll be excited to meet you :)
