Double room to rent in Gospel Oak - nxt to H Heath

READY TO MOVE IN ON JULY 1ST.

I have an excellent double room in Gospel Oak - near Camden, Kentish Town, Hampstead, and right next to Hampstead Heath. There are three bedrooms in total: two doubles and one single. I a™m in the single one, I am 30 and have lived in London for 11 years since coming to UCL. I used to work in advertising until a few years ago and now I work at the Royal Hospital Chelsea as an activities coordinator. Tom is 29 and works as a physio in the cardiology department of Guys Hospital.
We are both friendly sociable types who like getting to know people and can pretty much chat about anything. We enjoy a drink and a laugh and like to do stuff together but we do have pretty busy lives separately. We're both tidy enough without being scary OCD types.

The house has a big sitting room with sofa, chairs, a dining table, tv etc. The kitchen is a good size with double oven, small breakfast bar table, washing machine, and dishwasher. Separate bathroom (soon to be entirely re-done) and toilet upstairs. The house has a garden which is great in sunny weather. It is in a very safe ex-council estate (often the norm in London as I a™m sure you know), with a good atmosphere and nice people. I ha™ve lived here for three years and have always liked it. All bills are included in this rental price of 760 per calendar month. The landlady is also my godmother and is lovely, which means we don't have to endure an awful rip-off merchant, and there are zero admin fees when you move in - just a deposit. The house is literally five minutes walk away from the beautiful Hampstead Heath, and very close to the highly desirable Hampstead village.

The room has a comfy double bed, bedside table, lots of under-bed storage, a triple wardrobe, bookshelves, and space for either a desk or a chest of drawers / dresser. The price per month includes all bills: Virgin tv with TiVo, high speed fibre-optic broadband, water, electricity, gas, TV license, council tax. Best to get in touch asap if you're interested as rooms tend to get snapped up fast in the NW area.
