Hi, I'm Ben, 31 and a professional. I’ve lived in Greenwich for 2 years now and am looking to rent out the spare room in my 2 bedroom flat. I also live with my girlfriend, Sian, who is also a professional working for a London bank. Our current flatmate is moving out at the end of March to move in with his partner.

A bit about the flat and room.

- Fully fitted kitchen with large stainless steel fridge. Modern high quality appliances and cutlery.

- Balcony with table and chairs. Gets the sun all day.
- On the 4th floor, there is a lift.

A bit about the local area..
- On the Thames Path, so car / traffic free walking into Greenwich and beyond.
- Lots of running or cycling routes locally.
- Waitrose supermarket on site. (About 90 seconds walk from flat to store!)
- Costa on site and many restaurants in Greenwich, which is only a couple of minutes walk away.
- Cutty Sark DLR is 3/4 minutes walk. Canary Wharf is 8 minutes direct and Bank is 20 minutes.
- Concierge service for parcels etc.
- Greenwich overland train is 10 minutes walk
- Bus stop right outside the flat.
- There isn't any parking with the flat.
- Thames Clipper stops right by the flat for a quick ride into central London.
- Secure cycle storage in the car park or you're welcome to have a bike in the flat.

A bit about me..
- I work as an area sales manager for a book sales company.
- Run almost every day and compete in marathons and long distance events. Plus cycle every weekend. Bit of swimming and golf as well.
- In a long term relationship, my girlfriend stays a few nights a week.

A bit about who we're looking for.
- Non-smoker, healthy individual.
- I run alomost everyday, so a fellow runner would be a bonus!
- Enjoys going out to restaurants and bars.
- Looking for a long-term, 6 months plus rental.
- Must be working professional, my student days are well behind me!

I also have a Birman cat called Kiki, she's an absolute dream to get on with and very affectionate. Everyone loves her!
