The room is a large double (15sqm) and comes furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobes, TV, TV stand with Draws, relaxing chair, bedside table and lamp. We are also willing to assist with providing additional furnishing if required. It is an attic conversion, so it's a light, airy space for yourself.

There is a large communal living room, a newly redecorated kitchen, and a separate smaller study/tv snug for when you want a quiet space.

Location
The flat is less than a ten minute walk from Greenwich Station. This has the DLR to get you into Canary Wharf in 10 mins and Bank in 20 mins. The overground train will have you in London Bridge in 8 mins or the City (Cannon Street) in 15 mins. The room would be perfect for those working weekdays in Canary Wharf/London Bridge/the City!

The property is close to the Cutty Sark, Greenwich market and Greenwich park. Many other shops, restaurants, cafes and gyms are in short walking distance.

Current Tenants
You will be sharing with a young professional couple. We are looking for a Monday to Friday, professional tenant to share the property. Please get in touch with any questions.
