Beautiful house in the heart of Greenwich!

Looking for a new house? Well we're looking for two new housemates!

The house: a large Grade II listed Georgian terrace with four bedrooms over three floors, a main bathroom and a separate WC to boot. There's a comfortable living room, a fully kitted out kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine, and a gorgeous roof terrace for summer evenings.

The housemates: you'd be moving in with a group of mid 20s professionals, one of us is a social researcher and the other a coffee trainer. We're a mixed bag of individuals who enjoy spending our evenings together - watching TV or going for drinks - however we also like our own space occasionally as well.

The location: next door to a bakery, opposite the naval college, and sandwiched between the Greenwich market and a selection of pubs. We're in such a great location that we're actually part of the Greenwich World Heritage site! We're closest to the Cutty Sark DLR station but also walking distance to the Greenwich and Maze Hill stations with a bus stop right outside our front door as well. Great transport links to central London - approx. half an hour on the DLR so a perfect location for commuters.

The rooms are unfurnished, however, in Room 2 all furniture (leather bed, memory foam mattress, wooden wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers) will be sold to the incoming housemate for just £190.

The listed price is for rent and bills however there's a deposit of 643 and a reference fee of 45 to pay as well.
