2 easy going males (science teacher and consultant) looking for friendly, laid back housemate. Banter is a must! We are very sociable, going for drinks/dinner etc most weeks, but also lead our own lives. We often have friends over and the occasional house party. Both of us are pretty busy during the week, but like the usual of films/TV when we’re not. We’re looking for a housemate who won’t judge us when we have takeout 4 nights a week!

The flat is situated in a warehouse conversion with high ceilings (12ft) and exposed red brick wall. There are 3 equally sized large double bedrooms and a bath/shower room. There is a large open plan kitchen/diner (with dining table) and living area and the flat is secured with coded entrances and door entry system.

The bedroom available is a double bedroom and comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The rent and water is £655 PCM and payable directly to the landlord. Bills are approximately £100 PCM each which includes electricity, gas, landline, broadband, council tax, TV licence and a cleaner for 2 hours a week.

The flat is situated within 5 minutes walking distance of Hackney Downs national rail station (which is less than 10 minutes from Liverpool Street) and 10 and 15 minutes respectively from Hackney Central and Dalston Junction London overground stations. The amenities of London Fields are within 15 minutes walk and those of Mare Street 10 minutes.

On street parking is available with a council permit.
