Hi!! :) We have a room to rent in our house, is a 4 bedrooms house in Haggerston (Zone 2) we have Broadway market and London fields just 5 min walk from the house,
Bethnal green station (15 min walk) Haggerston overground station (7 min walk), Old st station (25 min walk)
The room would be 650 pounds per month plus bills, around 55 pounds per month (only individual use)
We have to start a new contract with the agency, starting on the 3rd of March, so the room is available from that date,
at the beggining is due to pay, agency fees, six weeks deposit, and the month payment.
Please we are looking for responsible, respectful and clean people (very important!)
