Stunning, light room in Hammersmith

Hi there!

My boyfriend Eoin and I are leaving the UK and are looking for an individual or couple to fill our room.

About the room:
It's very large and light, with two large windows, a double bed, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes and two bedside tables. There's also a couch which folds out into a sofa bed, really convenient if you are having family or friends stay!
The property is really well connected, situated 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station (piccadily, district, circle and hammersmith and city lines). It's close to all amenities, with a large Sainsburys and exceptionally large Tesco both in short walking distance.
Literally around the corner in the Hammersmith bridge and beautiful walks along the River Thames, with heaps of lovely little pubs to frequent along the water (we have really made use of these!). The location is truly ideal, super well connected but also a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of central London.

About the housemates:
Danni is from Australia and AJ is from New Zealand. Both lovely friendly young busy professionals, like any antipodian living in the northern hemisphere they love to travel! We all live our individual busy lives but love coming together for a drink and a barbeque as well.

The room is 880 (price the same for couple or single) and includes all bills (gas, electric, internet). There's also a cleaner who comes fortnightly, the rent covers her visits as well.
