We are three professionals, a teacher, an engineer and an architect from Spain, Italy and England, aged 27-33. We are seeking a friendly, tidy, considerate new flatmate who is looking for somewhere great to live.

The maisonette is very convenient for Hammersmith Underground (just a 10 minute walk away along the river footpath) and also provides easy access for Barons Court, Putney Bridge and Parsons Green. Fulham Palace Road is just 2 minutes away with buses around London. There are also a number of supermarkets in easy reach (Sainsburys, Tesco & Waitrose all a 3-4 minute walk away).

The kitchen has a Neff gas hob, Smeg fan oven and Bosch dishwasher, freezer and washing machine. The sitting room overlooks a large south facing garden and patio area on the bank of the River Thames. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower as well as a shower room and a separate cloakroom with WC and basin.

The comfortable double bedroom, available from 14th October, comes with a double bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a small bookshelf, a chair and a mirror.

The rent is £148 per week plus a quarter share of gas, electricity, council tax and water (approximately £65-£75 per month).

Deposit of £500 required along with references and an Agreement and Referencing charge of £100. Regular working hours necessary.
